Construction Management:

Acts in behalf of the Contracting Officer as Contracting Officer's Representative's (with signature authority) for construction management of assigned contracts, including enforce projects schedule, review of contractor materials submittals, shop drawings and payment requests, oversees construction on projects at various military bases.

Contract Administration:

Monitor project activities to determine the need for changes, and evaluate customer requested changes. Develops scopes of work, design drawings, cost estimates and project schedules for change orders.

Meets with consultants, contractors, and contractor as the expert on in negotiations involving claims and counterclaims. Prepares correspondence on contractual matters and issuance of performance notices.

Fields of Construction Experience:

Project management and Construction of new and or upgrades of F-16 Air Force base in several Egyptian Air Force bases for Egypt Area Office and Technical support / Contract Administration for Golf Region Area Office. The project size ranges between $21 million -

$280 million. Those projects consists of architectural/civil, mechanical, and electrical construction runways and taxiways, aircraft parking aprons, hardened aircraft shelters, maintenance facilities, dining facilities multi-unit troop and family housing, electrical power plant/generation and distribution systems, water and sewage treatment plants and distribution systems, major heating and air-conditioning systems, control tower, electronic control and communications systems, administration facilities and numerous other facilities.
