Senior Credit Control Specialist (Commercial)
BANK OF TOKYO - Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd - Los Angeles, CA - 2012 to 2014
Document Control for the PRCBD (Los Angeles Branch, Seattle, and San Francisco) customers. This function
involves: a) Review documents for completeness, appropriateness and compliance to bank rules and policies;
b) Communicate with appropriate parties to resolve document discrepancies, c) Register, scan, and assume
custodianship of legal documents; c) Produce document packages for new and existing customers; e) Evaluate
agreements for covenant requirements and manage covenants and covenant breaches through a Tickler
System and through reports to Management; f) Perfection of bank collateral through filing UCC financing
statements, recordation with appropriate recorder, or other means; g) Register bank collateral in mainframe
system and registers; i)Monitor for pending and incomplete items and prepare monthly Pending Items Reports.

Francisco) customers by a) Retrieving credit application and approvals from G-CARS (credit approval system),

database (e.g., Tickler System), prepare Document Checklists and/or Pending Items Lists, and Registration
Forms to monitor Head Office Condition(s) or Instruction(s); and b) Disseminate all credit approval limits, terms
and conditions to other parties, including Client Services, NY-Operations, and UB Traders. c) Receive and
review all customer financial information for compliance with covenant conditions and bank policies, maintain
