Superior Air Handling Company 1/13-Present

Lead Field Engineer

Serve as a lead field engineer for a NQA-1 new construction project facilitated by the

Department of Energy. Supervise 10 Field Engineers and direct manpower as work scope

changes. Conduct quality audits for installation, welding and layout of HVAC systems.

Apply project procedures and policies to ensure the installation process is within nuclear

industry standards. Conduct reviews of (ECRs) engineering change requests, (FCRs) field

change requests, updated project procedures and (NCRs) non-conformance reports to

determine changes in scope of work or noncompliance. Report deficiencies or

irregularities relating to work packages or installation. Conduct corrective action

investigations and submit/implement processes in response to findings. Assist in the design

process or design changes when field conditions differ from design model or specifications.

Lead the work package closure department in review and turnover of completed work

packages to the Department of Energy.

Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities 8/12-1/13

Assistant Director of Business Operations / Facilities Director

subcontractors and negotiate contracts. While working for Superior I have helped

sporting venues. We were also involved in the construction of higher education facilities
