4 Monitor all safety activities and report the findings to the HO.

5 Ensure the adherence to safety Rules, regulations & Procedures and stop an operation in

case of dangerous circumstances until remedial measures have been carried out.

6 Prepare and conduct the orientation / safety induction training to each employee at the

beginning of his work operation on the project site.

7 Arrange for the availability of appropriate personal protective equipments (PPEs) and for

providing employees therewith.

8 Carry out Safety audit, Documentation check quarterly and issue instructions as per the

relevant non-conformity.

9 Attend all daily toolbox meeting of supervisors and the regular staff construction meeting

during the review of HSE activities.

10 Attend the weekly site safety meeting conducted by project Manager and drafts the minutes

of meeting stating the agreed follow up action and responsibility to person.

11 CAPA for all Hazards including unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and report to

Management.

12 Conduct investigation of all Near miss incidents / reportable incidents & suggestion

measures to prevent such re- occurrence.

13 Ensure clean and tidy work site and good Housekeeping to minimize hazards.

14 Preparation of Hazard Effect Management Plan.

15 Conduct of Mock drills to mitigate adverse OH&S consequences inside & outside the plant.
