erecting boats, Add on Armor Project, Paint and Blast Process, and Engine Containers. I was the active supervisor of approximately 425

mechanics for several multi million dollar projects. I was responsible for maintaining Training for the HMMWV Body project along with tracking

the training matrix for all personnel. I have developed and implemented a training program with specific material for the HMMWV Bodies. I also

have developed a Trend Analysis Data Base for all projects being worked for continuous quality improvement. I have facilitated Lean Six Sigma

Events such as Kaizen or Rapid improvement events; also events utilizing the Six Sigma DMAIC process. Administering these events and

employing my Six Sigma Black Belt I have trained over 300 personnel on methodologies, concepts and principles of Lean and Six Sigma. I

utilize tools from both Lean and Six Sigma to complete successful process improvements through planning, data collection, analysis and

implementation followed by control measures to insure effectiveness. I work closely with other management and subject matter experts when

conducting these events to report progress through verbal and written presentations. I apply analytical methods, quantitative and qualitative

techniques for measuring effectiveness and efficiency of each proposed project. I have assisted in developing contract proposals for the FMTV

and HMMWV which were multi million dollar refurbishment projects. I am also an ISO 9001 2000 internal auditor. I perform internal audits of all

projects on a regular basis to insure compliance with the American National Standard Quality Management System. Prior to being promoted up

to Lean Six Sigma Project Manager I preformed mechanic duties on the Bridge erecting boats, HMMWV Bodies I have worked all aspects of
