Town of Oakland Water Plant-Oakland, MD 2013 to Present
Plant Operator
• Operates all process equipment using manual and/or computer controls.
• Collects composite samples from all phases of the various treatment processes.
• Performs laboratory analysis, makes process control calculations, implements controls to ensure
compliance with Federal law.
• Is responsible for the proper operation of the treatment processes and equipment.
• Evaluates data and maintains detailed records of process control analysis, and various meter readings.
• Troubleshoots operational problems including process microbiology.
• Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, including plant instrumentation.

Town of Oakland Project, Construction Manager
• Direct supervision of the replacement of approximately 1200 water meters, roof replacement on City
Hall, window replacements on the Armory and Water Plant, HVAC upgrades to the Broadford Water Plant
and various lighting upgrades throughout the Town.
West Virginia Department of Corrections, Construction Manager
• Direct supervision of multiple crews for the construction and replacement of, 2000 ft. of 6” water main,
fire hydrants and backflow preventers, the demolition and construction of a new water tower, Total
HVAC, lighting and water upgrades to Denmar, Huttonsville, Pruntytown, and Mount Olive correctional
facilities.
• The scope also included the replacement of water meters in each Building.
Prince Georges County Project, Construction manager for energy conservation phase of the project,
• The replacement of over 400,000 water meters in the district, total renovation and upgrades to the WSSC
plant with intakes from the Potomac River, and the construction of towers for the fixed base tracking
system.
Prince Georges County Public Schools, PGCPS is the 2nd largest School District in the State, 212 Schools
• Supervised the upgrades to the Buildings which include: roof replacements, lighting upgrades, window
replacement, boiler and HVAC retrofits and water conservation measures.
