A worldwide commercial bank providing financial and trustee services for

company pension funds and corporate assets.

Vice President Client Services

. Served as direct main liaison for 3 major client pension funds and

corporate assets. Cross-sold services to major clients and played a

key part in Kaiser Permanente signing a 5 year contract extension.

. Partnered with clients and State Street Bank's accounting group to

ensure monthly reporting of client statements were done correctly and

delivered on schedule. Delivered monthly reports on time so Kaiser

could close their books on time each month.

. Compiled and produced customized reports for clients by retrieving

data from State Street Bank database. Kaiser used these custom

reports to give to their actuaries to come up with pension payout

timelines.

. Helped clients complete their annual reports by working with them and

State Street accounting group to gather financial information to

produce annual reports. With my help, all my clients were able to

file their annual reports on time.

. Work directly with clients' external auditors to help complete annual

audits. Delivered annual reports and customized reports to auditors.

Answered auditors' questions regarding clients' accounts. Both Kaiser

Permanente and Disney were able to meet their audit deadlines because

of my work.

. Ensured clients paid their fees on time to help State Street Bank

reach their revenue projections.

. Worked with clients to make sure all expenses and invoices were paid

on a timely manner. Kaiser Permanente bills were paid on time because

of my work with their billing department.

. Provided cash projections to clients to help them with cash budgeting.

Kaiser used my cash projections to ensure that none of their 5 cash

funds were overdrawn.

investment funds were set up correctly. Worked with Kaiser's

investment managers to complete new Kaiser investment accounts to

ensure Kaiser investment strategies were set up on time.

such as, assisting Kaiser defined contribution plan in going to daily

valuation.
