Assign and oversee project s that the techni cia ns are to carry out on

equipme nt to keep the machi nes up to date on preventa tive

maint enanc e ite ms. Also trai n techni cia ns on how to stay within

company guidel ines while performing thei r dutie s on the job. Make

sure that techni cia ns are following the polic ies for safety and

LOTO procedures. Traini ng new techni cia ns on the equipme nt and

what NAL expect s the team to do on paper work for dail y checks

on the machi nes. Ordering the parts and making sure they are

avail able when needed for repairi ng a machi ne for downtime.

Helping the techni cia ns figure out ways to shorten down time when

a machi ne does go down. Work with the Enginee ring group on new

coming product to make sure that when it is set up the work can be

done effici entl y when running. Also setti ng up paint programs in

the paint booths so that tria ls can be ran with new paint programs

to insure quali ty can be held during producti on.
