Responsibilities:

• Kept track of Physician’s schedules.

• Scheduled patients for Cardiac procedures that the Physicians

would order that day in house.

• Would complete tasks that Physicians or MAs would send to schedule

patients for various tests or procedures.

• Would get precertification from patients insurance company.

• Would collect all documentations needed for insurance companies to

make final decisions.

• Would print and fax for in office, and fax to departments the

procedures would be performed.

• Called the patients to remind them of day and time of procedure or

test being performed.

• Would contact Brand Representatives of the devices we would be

using and let them know about day, time, physician performing, and

patient information.
