manager, I have brought an in-depth knowledge of the OSHPD, DSA, and County of San Diego processes and

requirements. My experience is in Project Management, Construction Administration, Design, Construction

Document coordination and production, and have resolved a multitude of construction and code issues in

the field.

Senior Designer for this 120,00SF, 3 story Medical Office Building. This Building consisted of 60 Provider

Offices, Imaging Center, Laboratory and Pharmacy. OSHPD coordination.

Mater Dei Catholic High School, Chula Vista California

Project Consultant, provided key coordination of Construction Documents for the 26,000 SF theater and fine

arts building, as well as gymnasium and maintenance building. This was part of an overall campus building

project of 235,000sf.

Benchley Weinberger Elementary Renovation, San Diego School District

Project Leader for this whole site modernization, included A.D.A. upgrades of site and building modernization

of existing permanent buildings, a new 2,500sf stand-alone library and associated site work to accomplish

aforementioned items.

Franklin Elementary Renovation, San Diego School District

Project Leader for this whole site modernization, included A.D.A. upgrades of site and building modernization

of existing permanent buildings, electrical and technology upgrades to entire campus, a new 2,500SF stand-

alone library and associated site work to accomplish aforementioned items.

Rehab Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, Marine Corp. Base Camp Pendleton, California

Job Captain for BEQ remodels. Projects consisted of four 15,000sf 3 Story Buildings housing Marine Corp
