Project Leader and Construction Administrator for this 10,000sf, complete renovation of space, providing

new Labor and Delivery units (LDRPs), renovated existing Labor Triage, new Waiting/ Reception, Ultrasound,

Provided OSHPD coordination and submittal, Construction Administration support for this 74,000 SF acute

care hospital, 2 stories 43 bed tower, 2 story MOB, cafeteria remodel and expansion.

Methodist Hospital North Tower, Arcadia California

Project Leader responsible for OSHPD back check approvals and QC for this 150,000 SF patient tower

consisting of 3 floors for medical and surgical beds, emergency department, a new dietary facility, dining

room and new central pharmacy.

Kaiser Permanente - Redlands Medical Office Building, Redlands California

Senior Designer for this 120,00SF, 3 story Medical Office Building. This Building consisted of 60 Provider

Offices, Imaging Center, Laboratory and Pharmacy. OSHPD coordination.

Mater Dei Catholic High School, Chula Vista California

Project Consultant, provided key coordination of Construction Documents for the 26,000 SF theater and fine

arts building, as well as gymnasium and maintenance building. This was part of an overall campus building

project of 235,000sf.

Benchley Weinberger Elementary Renovation, San Diego School District

Project Leader for this whole site modernization, included A.D.A. upgrades of site and building modernization

of existing permanent buildings, a new 2,500sf stand-alone library and associated site work to accomplish

aforementioned items.

Franklin Elementary Renovation, San Diego School District

Project Leader for this whole site modernization, included A.D.A. upgrades of site and building modernization

of existing permanent buildings, electrical and technology upgrades to entire campus, a new 2,500SF stand-

alone library and associated site work to accomplish aforementioned items.

Rehab Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, Marine Corp. Base Camp Pendleton, California

Job Captain for BEQ remodels. Projects consisted of four 15,000sf 3 Story Buildings housing Marine Corp
