Accountable for managing Powell's Enbridge project operations team comprising 3 Project Managers,
and annual delivery of 25 projects having a total value of $50MCAD. Responsible for matters pertaining to
Project operations - PM process excellence, Planning, Execution and Closure. Enbridge’s single point of
contact to manage project issues. Lead PM for the Enbridge CE2 (Clipper Expansion Phase 2),and EAE
(Enbridge Alberta Expansion)projects valued $ 35 MCAD comprising the design integration and build of
eight (8) Substation Control Buildings (SCBs),eight (8) Electrical Substation Buildings (ESBs) and
three(3) EAE split buildings.
Led operational excellence initiatives to improve project management process by holding workshops
designed to eliminate process waste and improve overall operational gross margin improvement by
an average of 3 points per project.
Delivered and improved projects margins. Total margin growth was $1.2M ($3.6M to $4.8M).
Successfully secured $1.0 M of change orders ($35.5M to $36.5M), which impr oved the top line.
Grew project related customer satisfaction score (CSAT) for project management performance by

Project Manager (Montreal, QC: Brampton, ON) (2010-2013)
Managed projects with complete P&L responsibility for the medium and high voltage product groups - and
for the management of 20+ key customers in the industrial, utility and oil and gas industries. Responsible
for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, scheduling, on -time delivery, and project
reporting.
Delivered and improved projects margins. Total margin growth was $2.9M ($4.1M to $7.0M) or 11%,
on a $27M business base. Successfully secured $2.1M of change orders ($26.5M to $28.6M), which
improved the top line by 7.9%.
Received special award from Vice President for bringing the projects on track for CNRL and
Epitron(Goldcorp), avoiding financial damages and regaini ng customer confidence on project
execution.
Coordinated efforts and collaborated closely with manufacturing units, which helped to book the
largest Medium Voltage switchgear order with 140 Cells from Fluor/Vale. Was offered the Project

aggressive transition to proactively address changing market con ditions and responding to client
concerns of future spares and service availability.
Grew business by 40% by developing channel partner to increase service reach.
Identified and secured additional revenue stream of $1.5M from African continent export emerging
market by organising various road shows in South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Led country service business with an excellent benchmark setup for more than 35 service units
across the globe. Business unit was used as a benchmark across the globe. Receiv ed the “Best BU
