Resume:

May **, ****

Dear someone whom it may concern:

My name is JP Kim. I apply for the Accounting Billing Administrator position in the Large

Southern California Accounting Firm. I believe there would be a good fit for my backgrounds.

Currently, I passed one of CPA Tests (Financial Accounting and Reporting). I received my

Master’s Degree from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the

Pennsylvania State University (PSU), 1999. I have taken Accounting Credits from the Cerritos

College (10 Credits, Semester) and Pacific State University (36 Credits, Quarter).

I have worked in Together M.S (Life Insurance Company) as an accountant (November 2014 –

April 2015). My main responsibilities in this position is to reconcile bank & credit card and to

process payroll. I have worked as an Accountant in the Westridge Golf Club (June 2012 –

October 2014), which is located in La Habra, California. My responsibilities are to summarize

daily transactions for ProShop, Restaurant & Banquets, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation and

payroll (issuing paychecks). I used journal entry to record all transactions, which was finally used

to prepare the financial statement. In addition to these main works, I dealt with computer network

system in the Club. Experiences in this company must be helpful to perform various stuffs in

your office. I have worked at the American Sports University as a financial assistant from

October 2011 to May 2012.

Before coming to California, I could have chance to work in the GIS office of Delaware County

(2004-2005). As part of the GIS & mapping team, I provided a wide range of geographic services

to county employees and residents. I participated in mapping projects and in updating real estate

data. Data conversion for Internet GIS was also an important part of my work. I worked in the

Columbus Public School Transportation. My responsibility was to adjust school bus routes in the

Columbus school district, because there were lots of conflicts for routes. I should adjust these

conflicts. It was good experience to communicate with the public.

If you give me a chance to work in your company, I will try to my best. I believe my hands-on

experiences are an excellent match for the position you described. Enclosed is a copy of my

resume with additional information about my qualifications.

Thank you very much for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Jun-Pill Kim
