With over 16 years in lean Management working from the production floor to management in a
real-world Lean applications setting, starting from the entry level position with vertical movement
to Production Manager, Process Trainer; General Manager. The exemplarily knowledge gained
over my tenure with production, along with a clear view and understanding from both ends of the
