Scorecards are basically used to evaluate the performance of

employees in an insurance company. It involves lot of performance criteria,

objectives. The objectives are calculated based on predefined formulas.

This score card is used to analyze and verify the performance of employees

of a particular department called 'Property'. There are several levels. CR,

Supervisor, Manager, Office, Zone, LOB. Manager can see the performance

score card of Sup and CR in a particular period. This performance scorecard

shows monthly and yearly wise scores.
