At Silver Wings Safety I was the full time Lead Safety Coordinator responsible for an earthworks/civil

construction crew of over 200, working with 50 scaffolders, crew of 50 electricians, 25 truck drivers and 35

equipment operators. Also I had 6 Jr. Safety. Working closely with the Construction/Safety Managers, I was

responsible for:

Leading all Safety personnel

Development and adherence to emergency response procedures including headcount evacuation and the

investigation of all incidents

Collection and review of all safety documentation and Updating Training Matrix, Orientation, Drug Testing and all

other safety logs

Safety meetings/Orientation of all site sub-contractors and employees

Carrying out incident investigations on sites and producing subsequent reports

and recommendations for Corrective Measures

Ensuring site-wide compliance to safety rules and protocols
