. Since Nov. 2009 associated with Shakumbhari Straw Products Ltd.

Moradabad UP. A 300tons recycled based plant having one Machine of 150

tons writing/printing deinking Paper Machine.

. From Nov. 2008 to Oct 2009 engaged with M/s V-Tech Engineers Chennai

for their Bulgarian project of 60 TPD White Top Liner/Test Liner 2nd

hand Machine Installation as Mechanical Head responsible for

complete overhauling, Erection Commissioning and

preparing necessary documentation, monthly budget, project estimate

and feasibility vis- -vis pay back etc.

. Worked as DGM from March 2006-Nov.2008 with M/s Shree Krishna Paper

and Industries Ltd. Behror in Rajasthan-A100 TPD Deinking based

recycled paper plant complete with Lamort equipments like H D Pulper,

slotted screens, double stage deinking cell, PDF, Screw Press &

kneader etc.

. Worked with M/s Madhya Bharat Papers ltd. Champa Chhattisgarh for 10

years (Dec.1996 -March 2006 ) as Manager Mechanical. A 60 TPD Rice

Straw based writing/printing paper mill with 3-1 MW captive power

Generation.

. Responsibilities includes break down control, maintaining equipments

specifications and history cards of all equipments, making lubrication

schedule. Overhauling schedule, preventive maintenance schedule,

routine maintenance schedule etc.

. Worked with Shree Acids And Chemicals (Paper Div,) Gajraula U.P. A

Voith Yankee Machine of 30 tpd Waste Paper Based Mill. from Aug.1985

-Dec.1996.

. As Senior Engineer was responsible for complete erection/commissioning

and for trouble free running of entire plant. Steam conservation by

controlling steam leakages from valves, rotary joints, packings and by

effective condensate removal system from Dryers.

. Breakdown control to minimum level & Equipment renovation by

application of Technology upgradation. Besides above, timely material

procurement, maintenance cost reduction and laisoning work with Govt.

Officials in the field of Boiler/pollution control etc.

. Worked with M/s Sehgal Papers Dharuhera Haryana from Sept. 1980-1985

As Mechanical Engineer was responsible for day to day maintenance,

making lubrication schedule/chart and list of critical

spares/bearings/belts etc .
