directly correlated to bicycle dealer freight charges.

o Saved over four million dollars per year by integrating freight charges in to JD Edwards

o Reduced the cost of freight by providing data that facilitated the negotiation of less

expensive freight contracts.

• On-time Shipping Analysis - Corporate Distribution Manager

o Business process improvement established metrics for on-time shipping standards.

o Established specific time cutoffs for same day shipping of bikes and accessories.

o The DNR highly recommended that the MS Access database should be marketed to other

companies as an inexpensive solution for maintaining compliance logging.

o Review of the hazardous emissions reports resulted in measurable improvements that set

consistent standards, added accountability, improved quality assurance and reduced

emissions.

Project Coordinator – Form Overlays

• Partnered with clients, consultants, external stakeholders and other domains to identify both business

and system requirements to coordinate a successful implementation.

o Developed the architecture for project to install (Create!Form, Create!Print, Create!Stream).

o Led installation of both software and hardware, including initial configuration and all

aspects of on-going maintenance.
