Professional Experience:

March 2015 – April 2015: HP Linux Admin.

As an HP LINUX and UNIX Admin I was part of the SMO build team which was responsible

for building over 4,000 servers. At my time with HP I outperformed everyone in my pod and was

Constantly being asked to train and mentor other team members with less experience.

I consistently surpassed the goals that were set for me and my team. I was required to work

Under pressure and make custom builds for UNIX and Linux servers which included

the building of virtual machines and multi-node site to site metro-clusters. I was consistently the

most efficient member of my team and was responsible for building several servers per day. I

also used my knowledge of leadership to help the management team resolve staffing issues and

regularly volunteered to work double shifts in order to help the team by insuring that it was

always properly staffed.

May 2014 - Feb 2015: Trican Well Service, Electronic Technician.

As the Trican Electronics Technician, I excelled at conducting, maintaining, testing and repairing

electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components. I used

applied knowledge of electronics and mechanical principles including but not limited to Ohm’s

Law in determining equipment malfunctions and applied my electronics skills in restoring

equipment to operation in a timely manner which over my tenure saved Trican Well Service

hundreds of thousands by avoiding extremely expensive downtime. I was frequently required to

read and perform a wide variety of procedures with only the manual and or the schematic. Was

also required to work with PLC’s (Siemens) and SCADA packs (loading ladder logic). I also

used electronics schematics to provide skilled mechanical and electronic support to all sectors of

the fracturing operations equipment across most of west Texas including coil tubing, cementing

operations, fracturing pumps, blenders, data vans, hydration units, chemical vans, etc.

Oct 2011 - Apr 2014: B2B Account executive at TigerDirect, Inc., McAllen, TX As

a Technology Consultant, I used my expert knowledge gained from over a decade of technical

experience to find and develop new and existing customers. At Tigerdirect.Com I used my

expertise and understanding of networks, I.T. infrastructure and business process streamlining to

provide technological solutions that not only saved my clientele money but also made most of

them significant improvements in their profitability. I consistently surpassed the goals and

received generous bonuses for my results. Some of the basic duties included but were not

limited to cold calling, prospecting and business relationship development, business process

improvement consulting to increase productivity and reduce costs by making recommendations

the department by going above and beyond the expected duties outlined for my position. I was

personally responsible for the success of several initiatives starting with but not limited to

Software deployment, supervision of technical staff, Help desk development, business process

streamlining. Macro deployment of software and hardware in a variety of locations across a

large geographic area. Business process streamlining. Email database account management.

Time and attendance database account management. Technology consulting with over a dozen

departments that facilitated the introduction of cross-departmental hardware and software

deployment. Setup, scheduling and instructing of classes on criminal justice software for over

Dispatching and management of entry level technicians to multiple sites across the county of

hidalgo. I successfully and consistently consulted with department heads to determine what

technology solutions should be used in order to meet the needs of the public. I save the County

untold thousands of dollars by personally preforming software and hardware beta testing to

ensure acquisition of cost effective and efficient technology. I was also a key player in the

introduction of a go-green initiative that was aimed at having a smaller environmental foot print

As a CompUSA Electronics technician I excelled in a wide variety of genres. I successfully

implemented customer service strategies that allowed our department to become one of the

highest producing Technical depots in the entire company. I worked on a variety machines

ranging from servers to Mac minis and even custom built machines. I excelled and won several

customer satisfaction awards by providing quick effective diagnosis, troubleshooting,

maintenance and repair of virtually any machine brought in to our store. I lead the Tech

department in sales and in work flow activities. I performed backups on a wide variety of

operating system platforms including windows, (windows server R2), Mac, Linux, Ubuntu and

even DOS. I successfully provided network support and consulting for our business customers

and I exceeded corporate goals and received several certificates for going above and beyond my

expected customer service duties.

Jan 2001- Jan 2005: Computer Command Corporation, Computer/IT Services, McAllen

a Volunteer for computer command corp. I quickly became a vital asset to the operational

capability on several projects that involved multiple platforms from different manufacturers. I

successfully diagnosed and repaired virtually all of apple computer models manufactured at that

time. I effectively performed anything from a basic consultation with our constituents to in-depth

troubleshooting, repair and Data recovery backups. I successfully saved our constituents

thousands of dollars in man hours and improved the operational effectiveness by providing

technological solutions. At my time with computer command I also had the opportunity to work

repairing computers on the component level. I successfully gained enough experience and

knowledge which not only counted as a grade for CompTIA Electronics certification but has also

allowed me to make a positive impact in the effectiveness of any technology infrastructure I have

I am the owner and C.E.O. for my enterprise. It is an E-commerce based enterprise which not

only allows me to make an impact on the personal lives of the people I work with; but also on

their financial education. I work with a wide variety of people with diverse backgrounds from all

walks of life. We sell a large amount of product that is not industry specific and allows me to

provide products and services to a diverse amount of clientele. Over the years I have had the
