well as EHS roles from VP of Safety to Site Safety. Varied industry
experience, including heavy industrial construction, wind industry, oil and
gas, chemicals, explosives, and pulp and paper, allows me to see new

Acting as Site Safety Manager for a heavy industrial construction project
allowed me to work on a heavy industrial project dealing with numerous
contractors and many different simultaneous activities.

Process Safety Specialist - Atlantis Offshore Platform
* Ensure that the offshore personnel understood and bought into the whole
process safety management program as rolled out by BSEE.
* Investigate trips / alarms - reduced alarms from 200+ per hour to 38
* Conducted incident investigations offshore in an effort to ensure that
something similar never happen again.
* Ensure the mechanical integrity of the systems through the creation of a
PM program, to minimize down time due to breakage.
* Implemented systems (SORA for example) and challenged those that were not
ready to roll out (ORA for example).
* Facilitated hazard reviews - HAZOPs, WHAT-IFs, HITRA Level 2, etc.
* Filled in for the Operations Team Lead.
* Received the Helios Award for my work at reducing Loss of Containment for
Filter pods.
* Developed Emergency Responses and rolled them into drill scenarios to
ensure that the crew is familiar with potential events.
* Updated the Emergency Response Plan for all major risks to ensure that
all major risks are accounted and planned for.
