o Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.

o Review work scope and follow FQP as required.

o Implementing company quality program by following applicable procedures and recording i t

using applicable forms.

o Review P& ID, PFD and equipment layout drawings.

o Material Receiving Inspection on the site and Receiving Reports.

o Visual inspection & Material verification of Pipes, fit t ings, gaskets, Flange, bolts including

material t ractability.

o Perform routine monitoring, of site activities. (Fabrication and Welding, NDT)

o Visual Inspection & Material verification of Manual Valves such as Gate Valve, Globe Valve &

Check Valves etc, with mill test certificates.

o To conduct fit up and dimension inspection as per Field Quality Control Plan (FQP).

o Supervision of Piping Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical jobs in line with Project requirements.

o Review of prefabricated spools received from manufacturing unit as per Isometric.

o Review of completed pipe laying spools, erection & assembly of piping & f lange joints.

o Ensure welder Qualification, correct materials, consumables, equipments & correct preheat.

o Planning and executing of the work so as to achieve the target as planned.

o Preparing the protocols for completion of fabrication work.

o Prepare reports for day to day results and present them in weekly review meetings of both the

company and client.

o Coordinate with NDT personnel for PT and RT required by the project.

o Inspect post heat t reatment & check NDT reports.

o Final Inspection of fit up & welding as well as punch listing of Test Pack and witness of HYDRO
