. Provide troubleshooting for injection molding machines in a 24/7

. Design lay-out and assembly for a soap manufacturing line

including re-design mixing area with steam lines for temperature

temperature control system with electro-pneumatic proportional

valves, digital controls and chart recorders.

. Restore and rebuild an old filler machine for fabrics pouches of

. Rebuild an old 24 cups filler machine that includes the

replacement of old connecting-rod timing and control system for a

state of the art PLC control with inductive sensors to fill

dishwasher detergent product.

. Analyze and improve many material ordering systems to reduce raw

Manufacturing Engineer - Responsible for the management of capital

projects budget. In addition, I was responsible for the

manufacturing and facility projects. Prepare capital projects

Operational and Maintenance Engineer - Responsible for operations

and maintenance of a 15 stories building, including Lay-outs

facilities, electrical power, elevators, air conditioning, parking

administration supervision, cleaning, swage system and roofing.

. Rebuilt the electronics control of elevators and remodeled common

areas within a 15-story building improving facilities service by

. Replaced a 700-tons air conditioning system for all the building,

which required among other things, equipment disposal, resources
