WORK EXPERIENCE

Floor Technician

The Johns Hopkins Hospital - April 2012 to Present

Responsible for ensuring the clean, sanitary and presentable appearance of various departments throughout

the hospital; primary function includes scheduled stripping, scrubbing, buffing and refinishing or sealing of hard

surfaced floors and carpets using appropriate equipment and chemicals.

Maintains power equipment and supplies in accordance to established policies and procedures.

Responsible for securing work areas, using appropriate safety barricades, and removing when duties are

completed and area is safe for public use.

Assist with supply deliveries and organize supply storage areas in accordance to hospital requirements.

And a host of various duties as assigned.

Swing Manager

McDonald's - October 2008 to May 2012

Assure quality customer service; Responsible for encouraging all team members and subordinates to maintain

positive and courteous attitudes while serving customers and restaurant vendors.

Responsible for the adequate training of newly hired McDonald's team members, along with effectively

supervising on average 10-15 employees, during normal workdays.

Oversees all food preparation efforts including hot and cold prep, cooking, storage and disposal of food.

Verify inventory; Responsible for advising and assisting stock manager with restaurant inventory control

and monitoring.

Assists Store Manager with the administrative functions of operating the restaurant. Duties include running

errands, employee screening, job assignment etc.

Responsible for reading and marking packages to ensure prompt delivery and assignment to correct UPS

drivers.

Measured and weighed packages to determine shipping rates

Load and Unload truck shipment trucks; Responsible for organizing packages to assist driver headway and

accessibility

Verify inventory; Responsible for advising and assisting stock manager with restaurant inventory control

and monitoring.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation - June 2007 to June 2010

Analyze and enter contract specifications into the agency's preferred computer system

Handled copying, faxing and scanning of documents for office and upper level staff, including the Director

of Transportation.

Responsible for assisting agency's project managers in daily operational duties of resurfacing and

reconstructing Baltimore City streets and school systems.

Operated office machinery, including plotters and binding mechanisms, to generate work plans or contract

books.

Answered multi-line telephones; Communicate messages to appropriate staff member.
