Oversaw the rollout of an entire new fleet of lavatory vacuum units valued at approximately $6 Million

across the 5 cornerstone cities, ensuring on time production/delivery schedules, negotiating contract details

Manage main GSE parts supplier to AA with an annual spend of $25-30 M per year, including leading
