J P Morgan Chase, Vice President, Asset Management, NY 08/10 – present.

• Working as Application Manager for FICC platform for Private Bank. Role involves managing and running

highly visible projects for FX & OTC products under Brokerage Trading platform. Working with Business

Heads and various regulatory PM’s - Dodd Frank, RegE, EMIR, ALR in implementing a 1 to 2 year plan in

implementing regulatory & cleared trading model changes in FX and OTC platform globally.

• Day to day responsibility includes planning and delivering FICC releases every 3 months using Agile

methodology in a Scrum team setup. Managed daily FX Scrum calls and bi-weekly Sprint meetings with

prioritizing deliverables with constant tracking of backlog and effort estimation for pending work.

• Managed migration of in house FX Electronic Trading Platform from Old legacy VB application to Flex

based scalable platform. Worked with FX Business, Settlement team to streamline FX flow end to end.
