SAFETY

All our workers are equipped with their own safety shoes, which a mandatory requirement, when our registered

workers are seeking general labor, skilled, or semi-skilled work. Please advise us of any additional safety

requirements that the worker will need, if applicable.

At Explore Employment Agency, we strictly follow/uphold the rules, and regulations, as stipulated by the Ontario

Labor laws, W ISB and the Employment Standards Act, 2000.

TIME SHEETS

The completed timesheets is to be submitted via fax, or email, by the client, to Explore Employment Agency, on

a Monday, no later than every Tuesday, of every work week. After which, an invoice in sent, in preparation for

payroll, in order for the workers to be paid weekly, or bi-weekly.

PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are calculated weekly, or bi-weekly, and are due within 15 days of submission. Cheques should be

made payable to: Explore Employment Agency. We are compelled to charge 2% interest per month on any

past due invoices.

OVERTIME RATES

Overtime will be billed at one and half per hour after 44 hours a week. The 13% of HST is applied to each

invoice.

SAFETY AND TRAINING

Explore Employment Agency applies high safety standard s for all employees. All employees are covered under

W SIBs.

W e should be advised in advance, of any requirements of safety equipment and/or tools needed in the work

place.

TEMPORARY TO PERMNAMENT AGREEMENT

W hen your company would like to employ a temporary worker, to permanent, and place, that person, or those

workers, on your company payroll, this can be arranged, after six months, providing that all the invoices are paid

in-full, to-date.

Before the six month probation period, a placement fee may be applicable, for temp-to-perm, service.
