Directed the information technology operations of an oilfield services company with revenues of $1 billion.

Responsible for the infrastructure and applications of the company including networks, server hardware and

software, ERP applications, email, telecom, and helpdesk/desktop support.

Managed an annual budget of approximately $10 million.

Led project to replace the company's MAS90 accounting system with a customized Microsoft Dynamics NAV

ERP system. Gathered requirements from the 7 operating divisions, created and managed project plans,

communicated statuses with various departments, and trained employees on the use of the system.

Implemented 5 customized instances of Dynamics NAV, beginning with 5.0 SP1 to NAV 2013.

Led the project to upgrade from NAV 2009 SP1 to NAV 2013 R2.

Member of the mergers and acquisitions team with the responsibility for leading the integration of each

acquisition into the IT and accounting infrastructures. This included performing due diligence, migrating the

networks and hardware, and evaluating staff.

Created and led projects to separate the IT infrastructures, applications, and data for approximately 42 sites and

1,800 employees into 5 independent companies.

Designed and implemented a paperless field ticketing system which streamlined the AR process by reducing the
