Job Description

Plans, directs and manages all facilities’ maintenance and utility plant operations activities. She is responsible for implementing initiatives a nd

objectives for maintenance and operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Performs all managerial functions common to facility maintenance and utility plant operations

• Reviews and assesses Scope of Work and continually job progress against plan

• Monitors Work Order to ensure compliance with procedures

• Provides Engineering directions to Maintenance Engineers

• Provides PM’s & Work Orders to support client SLA’s

• Develops Budget / Cost Control data regarding types, quantities, specifications and delivery dates of service

• Ensures all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are fulfilled

• Meets with IBM Management Team to review departmental progress and review/confirm commitments

• Uses Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS) and Fluor Tabware / Maximo

• Performs administrative activities of operations, including compiling, storing and retrieving production data

• Trains all employees on Company, Government and client policies, procedures and regulations

• Available for 24/7 work and associated pager responsibilities

• Complies with all Fluor Corporation EHS requirements and programs

CoreSite - Building Automations Manager August 2009 - July 2013

Job Description

Work as the National Building Automation Systems Account Manager. Provide field level technical expertise and program managem ent for the

BAS building alarming and controls systems through-out the CoreSite portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Performs all managerial functions common to Data Center utility plant operations

• Reviews and develop the Scope of Work and continually monitor the job progress

• Supervise and critique work performance by subcontractors to ensure adherence to standards, schedules and specifications

• Advise the VPDC and Operations in the development and supervision of the building alarming and controls system operation

• In charge of third party contract hires to support data center and base building infra-structure

• Provides support for the PM’s & Work Orders to support the data center client SLA’s

• Develops and updates Standard Operating Procedures, Maintenance Operating Procedures, and Safe Electrical Work practices

• Provide technical support for data center equipment such as UPS, PDU, Generator and Crac units communication

• Uses Computerized Maintenance Management system (CMMS)

• Team leader on Site Maintenance projects, new construction projects. Support and development of Maintenance Operating

Procedures

• Available for 24/7 work and associated pager responsibilities

• Implement Energy Monitoring and conservation measure using building alarming and monitoring systems to perfect the site PUE
