apartments and restricted areas; do inspections with the

D.C.H.A., when necessary; hand deliver all notices and

newsletters; occasionally assist with job tickets; trash

out vacant apartments and do turnover of apartments which

required cleaning stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers,

washers, dryers and restrooms; also responsible for

reporting any suspicious activity, vandalism, stolen

cars, etc. to the police.

removal of trash from entire 3rd floor, occasionally half

of the 2nd and 1st floors, high and low dusting of office

Assistant Building Supervisor duties includes, but not

limited to: relaying assignment instructions to other
