Manage custom application development via Agile methodology and COTS packaging team
to support GM engineering CAE need. Establish process for effective CAE related
requests (tactical and strategic). Collaborate with business leaders and PMO to
document business requirements, project timing, IT portfolio budget, manage
development team and vendors to deploy IT solution globally.

Manage High Performance Cluster (HPC) encompassing 8000+ Linux cores to meet
engineering CAE/CFD analysis requirements. Develop standard procedures to
optimize utilization of resources, including license, cores and performance.

Manage IT department to serve as first point of contact for customers with technical inquiry, and
other application requests. Complete responsibility for addressing technical needs, support and
