Barrick @ Ruby Hill mine - Eureka, NV - September 2013 to November 2013

Responsibilities

Was to have supervised 4 rotating mobile maintenance crews, but they had a pit highwall failure and mine was

closed for production because of safety in mid November and

might reopen in mid 2014.

Accomplishments

I was chosen for this position because of my mobile

maintenance experience and my outstanding safety record.

March 2006 to October 2008,

Started as a rotating shift Maintenance Foreman, 35 Techs and within 4 Months was promoted to straight day

Shovel and Drill supervisor, 6 Months later promoted again to General Foreman Shovel and Drill department

head. Have been able to raise Shovel and Drill fleet availability from 76-78% to an average of 92-93%

Shovel Fleet consists of BE-495HR, P&H2300, Hitachi 5500, and 3500. Drill Fleet consists of BE 49R, Atlas

Copco PV 571, and 2 IR DML's, 1 ECM580. Mine equipment fleet consists of 15"Cat" 793's, 4 16'gs, 1 16m,

Be 495 shovel, P&H 2300, Hitachi 5500 & 3500 Shovels and all the related Cat mining Equipment.

We have 17 Shovel and Drill techs on 4 rotating crews and a crew of techs on straight days for PM and major

service work, I had 1 planner and 1 foreman, plus 4 rotating shift foreman.

My safety record is second to none as I have not had a Medical reportable or lost time since I have been

in Mining.

Washington Group as Assistant Maintenance Superintendant

Washington Group International Nv - Valmy, NV - 2004 to 2006

near Battle Mountain, Nv.

Worked with 2 crews on startup and commissioning of all mining equipment, until the project end. We put

together a fleet of 12 777c Cat mine trucks, 2 992g loaders, 1 O&K 120c Hyd shovel, 2 16g Cat motorgraders,

2 Cat 9n dozers, 1 Cat 773 water truck, 1 DM45 and 1 DML drill. I had 2 crews of techs that rotated from nights

to days on a 4day rotation. No accident reports of any kind during the life of the project.

Maintenance Supervisor on 215 loop around Las Vegas

Washington Group - Las Vegas, NV - 2001 to 2004

supervised all fleet maintenance repairs, tire service and PM service for entire project. Fleet consisted of

many diverse pieces of construction and paving and grading equipment. All Cat and other name brands were

represented.

Gold Quarry shop as mechanic lead

Newmont Gold Co - Elko, NV - 1998 to 2001

on Pm's and large overhauls of all company owned mining equipment. Transfered to North Area shop when

they moved entire fleet of 120 ton " Electric Trucks" as mechanic lead for Electric Truck program.

Master Mechanic

James Hardie Gypsum - Las Vegas, NV - 1994 to 1998

at " Blue Diamond Mine" supervised 15 mechanics, electricians, welders both in the "Board Plant" and the

mine which consisted of the areial Tram 1 mile long and all the mining and drilling equipment used on the

mountain. We had a fleet of 777 Cat trucks, 992 loaders, D-9 Dozers, Track drills, motor graders, and water

trucks. This was a union operation which accounts for the amount of equipment and employees that were

required for this small mine.
