Summary: I spent time in Russia in three stints starting in 1992 that amounted to almost 14.5 years all told. I am fluent in spoken/written Russian, including language used in the legal, financial, and logistics fields, as well as technical Russian/engineering terminology. On my own, I dealt for years with the Tax Inspectorate, Pension Fund, Migration Service, the Arbitration Court, the Office of Vital Records, notaries, attorneys, banks, and created/dissolved my own sole proprietorship.

I have an unparalleled nuts-and-bolts knowledge of Moscow, equal to that of any Muscovite architect, gained by both research and crisscrossing a tremendous portion of the city by foot.

Although my last job was working officially as a translator, that was something which was always part of my job responsibilities anyway. I can relocate anywhere.

Education: 1992 Indiana University, Bloomington, IN, B.A. in Russian & French

1995 University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, M.A. in International Business
