Personal Statement

I am loyal, friendly, and a very dedicated individual who has an ambition to succeed in any

given work environment. I love to learn, and am prepared for any given challenge that will

help perfect my skills in any position I am working in. I get along well with others, whilst

also working efficiently on my own. I am currently seeking a position where I can develop

and excel while giving my best to an employer.

I work with 4 individuals with developmental disabilities. My duties were to help them

become more independent, by assisting with cooking, cleaning, bathing, toileting, passing

medications, administering insulin, ordering medications, completing daily documentations

on their progress, and just making them

feel as normal as possible.

I handled incoming and outgoing calls. I helped assist with questions concerning

automotive accounts, such as minimum due, account balances, explaining credit card

terms to the customer, and help set up payment arrangements to better accommodate the

customer’s needs. My job was to make sure by the end of the call the customer was

happy and well satisfied.

I worked with special needs children, and children with behavioral problems ages 5-12. My

job was to

assist those who were not able to function independently with potty training, feeding

the children to do after school until time for them to be picked up. I assisted with

homework or any other

school related activity. I also tutored those who were having issues with grasping different

fundamentals.
