Professional IT Mentor/Tutor (Pro Bono - volunteer)

YearUp is a one year, intensive training program that provides low

income young adults (ages 18-24) with a combination of hands-on skills

development, college credits, corporate internships, and support to

transition them into productive adults. 85% of the students become

employed or attend college full time within 4 months of completing the

program. Mentor responsibilities included providing professional

guidance, support, and advice to the students assigned to me for that

year. Tutoring entailed providing academic guidance during technical

training sessions.

Test Strategy Manager: Lead Business Users and Subject Matter Experts

through Integration and User Acceptance Testing Process, many who were

new to SAP. Partnered with Infrastructure and other application leads

to ensure architecture platforms and payments processing solutions

were ready for test cycle starts. Managed senior level client team

members to build, run, and prepare audit tracking for required test

smooth transition out of testing and into Go Live.

Built and implemented the Rapid Implementation Service (RIS) testing

strategy. High quality, shortened project life cycle utilizing global

test set assets, automation testing, right-sized testing efforts and

requirements, and a prototype SAP test environment. Intention was to

build, test, and deliver high quality project developments quickly

servicing both infrastructure and business project efforts.

Primary test lead for the first test cycle of the (PI) PepsiCo

International Upgrade project. Multiyear initiative to upgrade SAP

SAP PMO Release Manager

Aggressively led the IS and Business organizations to upgrade the SAP

environments (ECC, SCM, Portal, BW-Big Data, and CRM) to right fit

enhancement and support pack versions. Collaborating with Basis and

SAP Max Attention teams, implemented binary updates and monitoring

tools to ensure that the Kraft implemented SAP versions were tightly

tied to the overall business strategy while continuing to support the

business goals focused on the company split initiatives. Implemented
