Responsibilities include collecting and evaluating monthly Sales results by
customer and product line. Work with three manufacturing facilities to
improve labor efficiencies and process controls. Review material costs,
labor costs and overhead expenses as they relate to standard gross margin.
Review and plan all overhead spending for the annual budget for all
locations. Complete budget for the entire company for both domestic and
international locations. Report all analysis directly to the President and
CFO of Thermal Solutions.
Batesville Casket, Manchester, TN 2013 - 2014
Plant Controller
Responsibilities included maintaining plant financial statements,
budgeting, operational reviews and forecasting. Other duties include
managing the Materials Group, Shipping and Receiving and Accounting. My job
was to maintain financial integrity and to develop standard processes to
improve the organizations ability to meet their fiscal years goals and
objectives.
Nissan North America, Smyrna, TN and Franklin, TN 2007 - 2013
SCM Finished Vehicle Logistics, Smyrna 2011-2013
Currently I work in on the Vehicle Strategy side of Finished Vehicle
Logistics. My role is to support and maintain accountability of our
Wallenuis Wilhelmsen Logistics supply base in Smyrna. Also, as needed I
control, maintain and validate all cost reduction activities initiated
through our Nissan RNPO Purchasing Organization. I provide detailed
analysis on costs needed to affectively support our Finance organization
during the month end closing process. I also support our offsite VPC
locations with special requests and work with WWL to optimize our North
American routing for rail and haul away transportation.
Financial Analysis and Budgeting Material, Franklin, TN 2009-2011
My responsibilities as a Vehicle Analyst included reviewing and correcting
and reporting on all material related variances related to the Maxima and
Altima programs. Other duties included working on the MPC team to review
and approve supplier requested material cost increases generated from
current economic market conditions. As needed, I do ad-hoc analysis and
reporting for NSRG and Purchasing. This reporting and analysis is critical
in order to improve our processes and financial results to upper
management.
Capital Management, Smyrna, TN 2007 - 2009
Responsibilities included the financial reporting and analysis of Vendor
Tooling expenditures for all vehicles programs for NNA. Multiple level
reporting responsibility to Program Engineering (333 Director) and
Purchasing management to improve, develop, and maintain the integrity of
spending in all capacities of budgeting and forecasting.

Facility supporting a major OEM. Other duties include managing accounting
staff, developing plant operational goals, and managing continuous
improvement activities.

components facility. Other duties included managing accounting staff,

Responsible for all financial systems related functions during the
implementation process. Setup (QAD) MFG/PRO 8.5 for regional sites to
correspond with JCI Interiors financial standards. Destinations included
Mexico, Missouri, Ontario, Ohio and Michigan. Train users in all areas of
the financial system - accounts payable, accounts rec, costing, and
financial statements. Other responsibilities included troubleshooting
specific systems related issues and developing solutions that correspond to
standard Johnson Controls financial practices.
