HRIS Business Analyst 2010 - 2014

Delivered new performance appraisal system to 3,000 executives and sales

representatives. Led team to develop and implement 360 degree feedback for

remediation purposes. Led team during Skillport 7.0 and 7.2 learning

management system (LMS) upgrades for over 75,000 global employees and

subcontractors.

. As project lead, created business process models using IBM Blueworks

Live to prepare data migration from CSC systems to SuccessFactors

Performance & Goals modules. Consulted with learning and development

managers as well as HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to create

requirements documents using Catalyst project management methodology.

Led user acceptance testing for annual performance appraisal form, new

user interface and Tone at the Top (T3) 360 degree feedback projects.

. Program lead for annual Global Ethics and Compliance course developed

in 12 languages for over 75,000 employees. Completion rate for the

2013 course was 99.99%, highest since the course was developed in

2005.

. Participated on review team that performed Human Capital Management

(HCM) capability assessments to determine optimal system for the

organization. Vendor systems analyzed included Oracle Fusion,

SAP/SuccessFactors and Workday.

. As team lead for CSC University (Skillsoft's LMS), upgraded

organizational structure in one day so employees could access the LMS

faster and training administrators would have accurate reports.

. Decoupled LMS from Global Performance Appraisal System (GPARS) to

reduce LMS down time and enable quicker access.

. Team contributor resolving GPARS technical issues, participating in

UAT for accessing GPARS from mobile devices, running reports and

improving annual appraisal processes.

. Technical lead for Talent Track (Succession Planning) and Experience

Map Lotus Notes databases for CSC executives.

Learning Management Business Analyst 2008 - 2010

Project lead for designing and implementing employee data feeds to CSC

University in order to improve reporting accuracy. Integrated Taleo's

Talent Center into LMS that focused on goals and development planning

activities. Determined training requirements, developed course materials,

improved reports and served as Corporate leader for two custom compliance

courses within CSC University.

. Primary technical contributor on team that developed and completed

user acceptance testing scripts for new employees' onboarding and

orientation experiences using gamification learning techniques.

. Assisted in creation of new curriculum for the Organizational

Capability Center of Excellence (CoE) which was the top

leadership/management development program in CSC at the time.

. Program lead for annual Global Ethics and Compliance course.

Diagnosed and resolved technical issues including Java, translation

Capability Assessments to determine which would meet CSC's high

standards. Vendors included in these assessments were Cornerstone,

. As project lead, developed requirements to upload employee personnel

data to CSC University. Data included personnel and organizational

structure that needed to be approved by senior management and European

works councils.

Employee Development Specialist 1999 - 2008

LMS advisor to the Organizational Capability Center of Excellence (CoE).

Primary contributor on the team that migrated from numerous LMS's and

integrated Skillport into CSC's internal web portal. Created operational

guidelines for enterprise learning and development metrics as well as

department budget.

. Developed toolkit for training administrators to tailor based on their

specific needs that contained change management and communication

plans associated with implementing Skillport. Worked with Skillsoft

and HRBPs to evaluate the success of the new LMS and improve modules

based on the company's learning and development needs.

. Determined training requirements, developed course materials using

Articulate and Captivate, and served as Corporate leader for six

mandatory compliance courses including e-TES Timekeeping, Ethics,

Export Compliance, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Security, and Sexual

Harassment.

. Supported the Organizational Capability CoE's project management needs

by leveraging content within the LMS including training courses and

job aids. Deployed the Project Management Global Curriculum and

Knowledge Center.

. Created LMS and Global Individual Development Plan (GIDP) standards

and custom reports for operating group initiatives to meet service

level agreement requirements.

. Evaluated new LMS capabilities such as beta testing Skillport Portlets

and accessing the LMS from mobile devices. Validated the

administrator functions and data between all systems.
