As a Asst. Manger Stock and Inventory Controlling inventory and logistics including domestic shipping

Co ordinating with HO regarding stocks and shipment and interacting with custom clearance for releasing

shipment.

As an In charge of entire stocks, maintaining data of stocks received and issuance day to day corrective

measures taken and Comprehensive stocks maintained in Computer and manual in stock register

Making various MIS like physical, consignment and defective in respect of stock and monthly, weekly stock

Preparation of Purchase Orders, Expediting and ensuring materials on time. Producing regular reports and

statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Maintenance of defective/short expired stocks register with updations on cases returned to HO.

Liasoning with the customs clearing agent to release the shipment (To supply all legal documents and

Relevant information in order to assist in early release of shipment)

Manage stock control : the self assured receipt storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment

loading and transferring : document recording and data entry into system.

Ordering and controlling packaging material stock and reducing wastage to the minimum and Scrap

Disposal, Documentation and record keeping.

Responsible to Scrutinize correctly and approve of Invoices and preparation of quotations

/documentation for tenders
