•Loaded and unloaded 53 feet long trailers that were scheduled in sequence for the production run

each day. Each trailer needed tickets for unloading. Five or six times in a three-year period I

noted that next trailer not ready which would delay unloading. Able to get tickets and trailer

quickly with no down time which saved $30,000 a minute for each delay.

•Trained new employees in standard operating procedures, showed and explained what best methods

work, emphasized safety consciousness, easy to relate to people, resulting in valuable employees

and reduced turnover.

•Safety conscious: Safety representative for the company area prevented other people’s inattention

from causing problems; inspected equipment against a checklist and reported all problems,

inspected dock locks to make sure they were working correctly or closed a dock if not working

correctly, which resulted in averting accidents or death on the job.

•Fork lift driver: Certifiable and able to drive any fork lift; know the correct way to load and unload

safely and when to turn. When a load feels unstable, know how to correct to prevent damage.

Quick and efficient, getting done more than coworkers which results in improved production.

•Experienced in warehouse operation: excellent recall for locations of products which helps find and

pull items quickly which resulted in increased productivity and on-time delivery.

•Driver: Experienced in tracker-trailers, delivery vans and trucks and moving vans. Defensive driver

with only one no-fault accident in 30+ years which resulted in on-time delivery and reduction in

insurance costs and satisfied customers.
