> Compare the B.O.Q, Architecture drawings cross check verification

based on quantities, sizes, locations.

> After drawing verification proceed to collect the quantities of

projects involved.

> Generate the schedule on project using materials and works.

> Conduct the meeting to each department and discuss about the

project priority level, risk level, availability of resources,

before start the quality production.

> Prepare the micro level activities schedules program based on

project finishing date, priority level, risk level, availability of

resources level using manualy

> After approved activities schedule on customer to release each

departments.

> Project tracking based all activities.

> Co - ordinates to project manager make the project easy.

> After start the project create a base line program of actual

project done works.

> Weekly planning department conduct the minutes of meeting on every

department as we discuss about projects status, faced problems

and noticed action rectified problems.

> Maintain a projects updating as actual work done at factory and
