Construction Project Manager

. Worked closely with Sales Dept managing the material ordering and

shipment of the Switchgear Packages to the contractors and/or job

sites.

. Verified material costs

. Attended vendor training on the systems used by WESCO

. Released gear package orders and tracked the status

. Attended weekly Construction meetings and other training as required

. Responsible for the management of the energy efficiency program

contract for PSNH and fiscal budget of approximately $1 million

dollars to be used to provide energy efficiency lighting to small

businesses, cities, towns and schools in NH

. Put the company in a position to meet the goals set forth by the

utility. Met these goals at 93% of the contract sold. By the first

half of the year the company was at 55% of goal under my direction.

. Act as the liaison between lighting auditors and the customer.

Supplying materials and follow through to completion of the projects.

Accountable for quotes, RFP's, inventory and scheduled delivery of

product to the site as well as punch list items, open order reporting,

job close out and budgeting to make sure the projects fall within the

specified budgets. Manage the territories of subcontractors and

auditors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

. Responsible for hiring electrical subcontractors. Coordinate pricing

with major vendors to assure the power needs for small businesses are

met at a reasonable cost. Other responsibilities include but not

limited to: bringing new business to Atlantic, interfacing with

existing customers to offer cost effective ways of doing projects and

ongoing training to assure that my knowledge base is the most current

to meet the demands of the marketplace.

. Ensure overall management of assigned energy efficiency projects
