Residential and Facilities

. Handling Fire Alarm brand:Edward System Technology products-Quick Start

testing of fire alarm system

service of fire alarm system

insulations

. Adjusts sensitivity of units (smoke devices) based on room structures

and recommendations

. Test device detectors and checked dirty percentage (80% dirty need to

be replaced)

. Checked backup batteries (not lower than 24v DC,replace if needed)

. Test and checked load voltage and discharge voltage (ON alarm

status,not lower than 24V DC)

. Test charging voltage (OFF alarm status,not lower than 26 volts DC)

. Replaced PS6 Card,SLIC Card, changing device detectors and add

detectors,modules,SLIC Card

. Resolved communication fault trouble,unconfigure device,loop wiring,map

fault,internal trouble,etc.

. Resolved hornstrobe and siga CR (Control Relay) not function (response

program)

. Checked panel program ensuring device massages are correct in its

location

. Configuration,Disable and Enable loop maping for changing device or

module if needed

. Maintain records,files and preparing reports and orders of materials to

use

. Complies with all applicable health and safety procedures policies and

stablished work practices
