Windows Server Administrator - I was a contractor for Kindred Healthcare. My

primary job function are as follows:

Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2008 using HP Altiris Manager.

Installation and configuration of applications such as VMware Vsphere and Microsoft

System Center, and other hospital applications per HIPPA compliancy. This was a

project position.

IT Manager / Administrator - I was an IT Manager with multiple roles for a

mid-sized manufacturing company serving more than one location. My duties include:

Desktop support services for approximately 185 users. Asset inventory tracking and

regular audits on computer hardware and software. Install and monitor Windows

updates and Kaspersky antivirus. Purchase of supplies and computer hardware using

lifecycle methods. End user support on any issues that may arise. Create and

maintain backups using Barracuda. Work with maintenance on production machines, RF

Scanners out on the shop floor as well as our Vantage ERP system, and data

collection thin clients.

Networking - Maintain, purchasing, implementing and monitoring of HP Switches,

Cisco routers, Dell Sonicwall firewalls and data cabling. Setup VLAN's, create

firewall rules and NAT's, Create and maintain Global VPN client accounts, and VOIP

switching using Shoretel. Monitor and maintain regular testing of the battery

backup system.

Server Administration - Purchase, Implement, install and configure of Dell servers

and Dell powervault disk arrays. Create and build Microsoft Hyper-V virtual

servers and hosts on a Windows 2008 and 2012 environments. Monitor server health

and event logs. Maintain warranty support and repairs.

Windows Administration - Maintain user accounts in Exchange and Active Directory.

Create OU's and security groups for file and folder permissions.

IT Management - Work with the finance controller on annual IT budgets. Review

vendor contracts on copiers leases, MPLS, internet and phone services. Work with

the GM on new technology within the division and maintain compliance on software

Network Administrator - Network, hardware and software support for a mid-sized

manufacturing company with approximately 48 servers and 300 computers and Barcode

equipment in multiple locations My daily duties and projects that I have worked on

include:.

Shoretel 9.2 - I was the primary project leader to move the company from a Nortel

digital voice system to a Shoretel Voip network. This included weekly discovery

calls with Shoretel and AT&T, design meetings, implementation and purchasing of

servers, voice equipment, and administrative training on the Shoretel Director.

VMWare - Using VMWare server 2.x, I build, maintain datastores on HP StorageWorks

San's, configure CPU and memory for optimal throughput. I have used ESXi 3.5 as a

trial but not in a clustered environment. I have also had webinar training on this

product. The purpose of using VMWare is to consolidate servers and upgrade from a

Windows 2003 to a Windows 2008 environment using new servers that can handle

multiple virtual machines to reduce datacenter-operating costs.

Network Administrator duties - Monitor and maintain the company's assets using

Quest Foglight Netflow to report bandwidth consumption, HP Manager to monitor

switch health and logging, HP server management along with ScriptLogic Desktop

Authority to manage health, event log errors and windows updates on server and

desktops. Build servers when needed utilizing older equipment by replacing

hardware or purchasing new equipment through CDW. Monitor, purge and create

mailboxes on exchange using Active Directory. Setup folders, file and printer

shares using Windows security and group permissions. Create Group Policies based

on the company's security requirements.
