and Seniors who lived in that building making decisions that would help

Chaired Health Committee for South Suburban Chamber of Commerce while

working at Alden Heather Nursing Center

as Admissions Director, we had weekly meeting with Doctors and other

members in Health fields and talked about

changes in Health field or other smaller matters of interest.

While Managing Pure Essence Salon our Salon got in a Movie and Magazines,

some of our stylist were featured in Hair

Magazines, I was asked by Proctor & Gardner Hair Co. to give the President

of Mazanie Hair Products who came from

France a tour of our Salon.

Managed 11 stylist, 4 shampoo assistants, 3 spa personnel.

My main purpose was being in charge of customer service, making sure the

Salon and Spa ran smoothly,

checking out the clients and closing out the end of day report.

Also interviewed potential staff and hired who was capable of doing a great

We were known as the Upscale Salon in the South Suburbs. Collected customer

Bankrupt).

TeleTech for Higher One, Customer Care Agent taking inbound calls from

students asking questions about their

Bank account and financial needs.

TeleTech for Best Buy, Account maintenance agent taking inbound customer

calls about their cell phone

warranties, anti virus accounts, taking credit card info and making changes

to their accounts, and documenting all calls, Best Buy Dot.com placing

online orders and creating Best Buy accounts, for my excellent customer

service skills I went to the Points department taking calls from Elite

Plus and Elite member adding their points, re issuing gift certificates,

and helping link their accounts so they could see their points and

certificates.

Improved customer ratings by 85%.

Demonstrated mastery of customer service call script within specified time

frames.

(No Degree) Attended one year, took Drama and other courses then moved to

Markham, IL. to live with my Aunt and

Uncle to pursue a career in a Big City.
