complete daily opening reports. Handle all incoming and outgoing FedEx and UPS shipments as

well as maintaining online FedEx business account. Use of store P Card to order supplies needed

for the stores day to day tasks and organization items for back of house. Also, being an Operation

Specialist comes with the responsibility of opening the store as a key holder and managing other

employees and any customer escalations until a manager arrives. Other daily tasks include
