Title : Design and Analysis of Wind Mill Blade

Description :

The purpose of this project is to increase the efficiency of the windmill. To do this it seems

necessary to use the better material for blades. Same shape Blade will be analyzed with different

Material to determine if performance can be increased.

The blade shapes are designed using “PRO-E” software and analyzed with different materials

(Stainless Steel, Gray Cast Iron, E-glass epoxy, Mild Steel & Silicon Carbide) in ANSYS Software.

Based on the analysis we found that the SILICON CARBIDE material has a good physical properties

and it have a less deformation under the moment and velocity.

Experience

Working in DEVI POLYMERS PVT LTD as a design engineer from JUNE 2014 to till

date.

Hands on experience in moulding by using SOLIDWORKS.
