Lat and terminal servers as needed.

VMS install was a daily requirement to maintain and manage the barrage of vendor

request.

This environment was primarily Alpha servers both 41 and 2100 series, CI cluster with

assorted peripherals running Open VMS 7.1.

Constructed CI cluster for Montran and Swift utilizing DEC

Alpha 2100’s.

This entailed defining environment, loading software,

establishing network connections, creating sessions and profiles for

users.

Documentation and training of end users completed this

assignment.

Midland Bank PLC

Coordinated mix connect token ring rollout of all equipment. This

required backing off all appls. Rerouting network traffic,

reconfiguring network to support remaining appls. Reconnect and

re installation of software with new interfaces required at new house.

Chase Manhattan Bank

Oversaw day to day operations of CI cluster which contained both Alpha

and VAX clusters. Created and implemented command procedures, prepared

documentation for trouble shooting appls. Performed installations and

upgrades for all systems.
