Responsible for providing scheduling and cost management support services to the project

include; application of critical path analysis planning techniques, trend analysis and forecast

techniques; perform lifecycle cost analysis; review and monitoring of Contractor Project

Schedules, manpower plans, and advise on maintaining work schedules; prepare monthly

schedules and cost data for monthly reports; provide analytical and project support required.

Provide technical support through Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Installation,

Precommissioning/Commissioning up to Start up phases.

VI. Specially

• Project Management; Assist Project Manager & PMT with Management of

Contractor performance related to Project’s Contract requirements.

• Planning & Scheduling; Develop, Review, Analyses and monitoring on

COMPANY’s Project Schedule (Level 3) and CONTRACTOR’s Detailed Project

Schedule (Level 4-5). Advise Project Control/ Project Planner Contractor’s on

1. APR 2014 - PRESENT

MOBIL CEPU LIMITED (SUBSIDIARY OF EXXONMOBIL INDONESIA)

As a Project Start Up Support Schedule & Cost (Function Group for System Completion).

Project involved: 5 (five) EPC packages Banyu Urip Project for Oil Production

Projects description as followed:

- EPC1: Central Processing Facilities (Onshore Oil Processing Plant).

- EPC2: Onshore Export Pipeline System (72.7 km onshore 20" pipeline and its facilities).

- EPC3: 23 km Offshore pipeline (20") & Offshore Mooring Tower.

- EPC4: Offshore FSO (Floating Storage and Offloading).

- EPC5: Infrastructure Facilities (flyover, buildings, pipeline water distribution, roads).

Job Purposes and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Level 1, 2 and 3 Primavera Commissioning and Start up planning and

execution schedules by systems and sub-systems.

- Integrate Commissioning and Start up schedules into overall schedule.

- Monitor and maintain the construction completion status data from construction team.

- Assist Commissioning leads to develop detailed level 4/5 schedules.

- Work with Start up team to create accurate preparation for start up and execution schedule

and track progress againts the schedules.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical progress measurement tracking systems

and methods for quick recovery for those activities which are falling behind from agreed

baseline schedules.

Projects Involved:

- FEED PHE-29 Project; one offshore wellhead platform Brace monopod jacket and

pipeline.

- KE-38A Topside Modification Project. EPCI (Engineering, Procurement,

Construction & Installation); Future connection to Temporary Production Facility

(TPF) MOPU proposed for maintenance pressure of hydrocarbon product from KE 38A

to PPP at the minimum 370 psig. Modification & additional main deck extension &

piping system.

- Execution for EPCI-2: PHE-48, PHE-7 & PHE-29: Engineering, Procurement,

Construction and Installation for 3 ( three) offshore wellhead platform Brace

monopod jacket and its pipeline.

Field, its connecting pipeline (JM1 to MD1) and modification works to existing facilities.

- One unmanned wellhead platform with tripod jacket & 7.7 km line pipe.

Job Purposes & Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager in the organization chart, management and control of the

contract and work orders executions.

Perform, supervise, coordinate and control all necessary Project Services activities to

ensure that contract and work order are performed in accordance with the Company rules,

guidelines and procedures using best work practices.

Report any deviations to Project Manager and Contract Managers.
