MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT THE IDAHO FOODBANK:

Prepared report to the Organization of findings in regards to the pension benefits for 403(b) and the

taxability of reimbursed medical expenses. Set-up procedures for reporting 1099-information to

government entities, set-up Internal Control procedures and policies relating to Cash Management

and Inventory control. The Idaho Foodbank Warehouse, Inc., financial records were not auditable by

the CPA firm of Eide Baily. The accounting firm could not issue an opinion for the year 2008 and

2009. I was instrumental in the improvement and bringing the financial records within GAAP and

GAAS so the Idaho Foodbank could be audited and issue an Unqualified Opinion for the years 2010

Oversees and coordinates financial and general ledger accounting functions of the organization

including the daily deposits, verifying all invoices, journal entries, accuracy of data processing for

accounting information. Participates in the formulation and administration of accounting and auditing

policies and procedures, evaluates, and implements internal controls. Provides accounting and tax

advice for compliance with Federal, State, and local ordinances or guide. Assists in the preparation

of financial statements, the annual audit. Provided backup support for ADP payroll processing.
