Experience Assistant Superintendent /Senior barge foreman/ anchor foreman/

tower

operator.

March 2014 - May 2014/ Assistant

Superintendent/ Sheffield Offshore - reinstallation of

SPM Buoy in India. I was sub-

contracted to UGL.

July 2013 - January 2014/ Barge

Foreman/ Swiber (OER) - Instillation of two jackets

with topsides Kaizon 4000 barge.

The barge was a new build, we ABS tested all equip-

ment, cranes, and performed sea

trials.

January 2013 - May 2013/

Barge/anchor foreman/ Sheffield Offshore - Sub-contracted

to West African Offshore. Pipelay.

May 2001-(Left August of 2009 due to lack of work-Rehired

with all seniority returned in May 2010) - Jan. 2013.-

Technip/Global Industries International division. Houston

Texas / Carlyss, La./ (Global was bought out by Technip and

I continued to work for them.

Started with Global as a tower operator.(4 years exp.)

Responsibilities included- repositioning anchors and barge

movement. Also communicating instructions via radio to AHT

and other vessels in spread..

Promoted to anchor foreman. (4years exp.) Responsibilities

included supporting barge foreman, producing anchor

patterns for job and overseeing the tower crew and barge

positioning. Also took over barge foreman duties when barge

foreman unavailable.

Promoted to Sr. barge foreman.(4+years exp.)

Responsibilities included all aspects of running the deck,

overseeing rigging, mechanical, electrical and welding

departments. Worked with client representatives and

engineers to achieve job completions. And took over

Superintendent responsibilities when superintendent not on

board (mobilization and demobilization for Brazil).

Worked on DLB-332 in Malaysia (Pipe lay and Jacket

instillation). Mohawk in Mexico (Dredge barge). Sara Maria

in Mexico (Hook-up). Shawnee in Mexico (Pipe lay and riser

instillation). Comanche in West Africa (Pipe lay, riser,

package, jacket, and platform instillations). Cheyenne in

West Africa (Pipe lay, riser, package, and jacket

instillations, including dual lift operations with

Comanche). Tonkawa in Israel and Algeria (Dredge, 42" spool

piece, PLEM, and SPM instillations). Iroquois in Brazil and

Mexico (Pipe lay, burial, and tie-in). Titan 2 (DP vessel)

in Mexico (Dredge (using sled) for burial of existing lines

and installing Sub-Mar mats building subsea crossings, and

36" riser instillations).

Tower Operator

August 2009-Jan.April 2010. Oceanografia Mexico. Worked as

tower operator on the DLB-801 for eight months. Gave 6

weeks' notice and rehired back on with Global Industries

Journeyman Millwright

July 2000-May - Continue with union as inactive). Arkansas

Millwright local #216 Russellville Arkansas/ moved to Fort

Smith Arkansas.

Worked on various jobs around the U. S.

Concrete plant in Cape Gerardo Missouri- Arc gouge and

welding cracks in kiln.

General Electric- Union Carbide plant in New Orleans-

Switched out multi-fuel generators (First and Second

Phases).

Siemens Westinghouse-TVA- Nut Bush Tennessee- instillation

of 5 multi-fuel turbine generators.

Responsibilities included, precision alignment, welding and

instillation of multi-fueled turbine generator packages.

Rigging Leader man/ Rigging foreman

June1996-May 2000-OTSI-Offshore Technical Services

Incorporated - Conroe Texas- (now out of business)

Sub-contracted to McDermott/ETPM, Wilbro's Nigeria Ltd. And

later ETPM

as a rigging leader man and later as rigging foreman on

hook-up crews on EKPE, and Marin upgrades including SIMOP

operations. Also installed jackets, pipelines, PLEM, and

SPM buoy off the coast of Nigeria. Worked on Polaris barge,

DBL 101, and Wilbro's 318.

Multi-craft plant maintenance

April 1995-May 1996- Tyson Food's- Dardanelle Arkansas

Responsibilities included repairs on plant equipment

including, stainless welding (tig), electrical, pneumatic,

hydraulic and mechanical repairs and maintenance on food

processing equipment and building.

Arkansas Tech University- Russellville Arkansas- Attended

Fall 1985-Fall 1988 Major/ Pre-vet med. Minor/mechanical

engineering
