I have a PhD in Supply Chain Management. I have nearly finished Computer

Systems Engineering from Carleton University. Earlier, I had obtained

Master's Degree in Business Administration with specialization in MIS from

Dalhousie University. Thereafter I worked for about four years as a

Business Analyst in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, Transportation

Industry etc. In this role I was involved in planning, analysis, training,

project management and developing reports. I have also worked as Testing

Analyst in Bell Canada working on SQL. Furthermore, I also have over four

years' experience in teaching Operations Management and Quality Management

to postgraduate Business students.

I believe that I am suitable for this position as I have unique combination

of experience as Business Analyst plus computer engineering background plus

Research Background. I am well-grounded in using statistical software for

analysis like SPSS, Minitab, Advanced Excel, Maple, Matlab etc. and various

modelling and reporting software etc. for data analysis and presentation.

As a Research Scholar I have researched and analyzed data over five years.

I have taught Operations Management and Quality Assurance to postgraduate

graduate students. I am well versed in computer languages like JAVA, C++,

and Crystal Reports etc. I have worked on SQL, Access and Oracle. I have

used applications like Riverbed, Optinet etc. for configuring various

network configurations. As a Business Analyst I have developed reports and

white paper and prepared training material.
