Establish standard rates and routing definitions

Serve as the Manufacturing Engineering resource for New Product Introductions, coordinates testing

procedures, pilot runs, process verification and buy-off prior to production

Initiates and investigates Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for designated product line(s).

Completes elements of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) as required (OMS changes, routings,

materials, etc.)

Responsible for the development of standard work and work instructions. Oversees the training of

operators on changes that are made to processes and/or work instructions.

Provide technical inputs for incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action of product

quality, process or safety issues.

Monitor quality, on-time and safety/environmental trends in area of responsibility.
